Parents and Graduates,

         I hope that this letter finds all of you doing well as graduation rapidly approaches.  I want to take the time to say how proud we are of each and every one of the graduates. 

         On Sunday, May 20th, we will be honoring our graduates all day at the church.  First we would like to recognize them during church that morning.  We will then be closing out the night with a dinner and program designed especially for them.  The dinner will begin at 6 p.m. and we will then have a very special program for them at 7 p.m. The meal and program will be held in the new youth wing on the 3^rd floor. 

         This is where you come in.  Parents we need to know if you will be able to attend and how many will be with you at the dinner.  We also, need to know which service the graduate will be attending that Sunday morning and we need between 10-15 pictures of the graduate at different life stages from a baby picture to a senior picture.  I really need the pictures no later than Sunday, May 13^th and you can give me actual pictures, a CD or you can email them to me.  As far as the information sheet I really need it as soon as possible, but no later than May 13^th.
